South Indian food is a favourite with most kids. This variation using ragi flour makes it a super healthy option. You can serve this as often as your child likes for a nutrition packed meal.
1 cup Ragi flour
2/3 cup curd
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
- Mix all the above ingredients to make a batter for instant Ragi dosa.
- Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add a ladle of batter and spread it evenly into a dosa and griddle with ghee on both sides.
- Use an alphabet cutter to cut the dosa pieces and cookie cutter to shape star shaped fresh watermelon and kiwi.
